Apple iPhone Users on iOS 14 Report Problems With Receiving Texts, WhatsApp Notifications

iPhone users who have updated to iOS 14 and later are reporting notification issues. The affected users aren’t getting notification alerts for text, iMessage, and WhatsApp messages.
