ROG Phone 3 and ZenFone 7 series owners have complained that they are unable to stream HD videos on Netflix. Some affected users say that their Widevine L1 key is deleted, others say their phones have Widevine L3 status. Asus says the problem is due to a bug in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC firmware.
