Samsung Offered Big Tax Breaks to Build $17 Billion Chip Plant in Texas City

Samsung is being lured by Taylor city in Texas with big tax breaks to build a $17 billion (roughly Rs. 1,24,200 crores) chip plant that is expected to create 1,800 new jobs.
