Realme 8 is getting an update the brings Dynamic RAM Expansion (DRE) functionality to the smartphone. It also gets some bug fixes and improvements. Bundled with the update is the July 2021 Android security patch. A Realme official reportedly confirmed that Realme 8 Pro will also get the DRE support but didn't mention the timeline for the update.
