iOS 12.1.3 Update With Bug Fixes for iPhone, iPad Pro (2018), and HomePod Released

The iOS 12.1.3 update fixes an issue that was causing "certain CarPlay systems" to disconnect from the iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max.
